On your marks, get set, GO!

With 2021 well underway, we’re kicking off the new year with some Healthy and Active resolutions.

What better way than to announce Natec’s very own Trail Team.

Today Natec’s Trail team comprises of 26 collaborators and counting. We are encouraged to see more registration requests this month and will be hoping to see even more participants be part of this initiative.

Without wasting any time, Natec’s Trail team already got off to a flying start since January 2021 whereby 10 participants enrolled, including Natec’s President, Vincent Lagarde and CEO, Stéphane Lefèvre. Both setting a great example and inspiration to our organisation.

Why did we decided to form a trail team?

The integration of healthy living initiatives benefits both employers and employees. Our company is shaped by WISE values and Working Together with Trust being the first of our core values, means we have developed a culture which fosters togetherness.

At Natec we wanted to give all our employees the opportunity to be part of something challenging but also, to promote an environment which encourages well-being and a keep fit lifestyle outside of the workplace.

Apart from the health benefits, we wanted to give our collaborators a chance to reconnect with the authenticity associated with trail running. Running trails in Mauritius offers fantastic opportunities for participants to be surrounded by unspoilt and incredible surroundings. A truly unique way to discover the beauty of Mauritius.

Support from Natec

All employees of Natec Medical ltd & its partners (Abiolabs, Umbrella, Xtruline & OSE) have been invited to join in the trail team. Those who sign up would get an annual membership subscription and be part of a great initiative offered by the organisation!

With trails becoming increasingly popular in Mauritius, some even attached to benevolent purposes. One thing’s for sure, it contains elements of local character and regional influence, and reflects the hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment of individuals and organisations.

“Unity is strength. . . when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.”
