1)Tell me about yourself?

A motivated and dedicated  professional, an accomplished young man, happily engaged to my better half.

As a kid, I always wanted to study and work abroad. Mission accomplished! I was able to study in England and successfully graduated with a bachelor’s in Management and Marketing. After my studies, I started my career in England which allowed me to develop my knowledge and expertise in an international environment.

After spending three and a half years in England and being exposed to different cultures and mindsets, I decided to return to my home country. My return to Mauritius marked the beginning of my adventure in the supply chain world.

2)An inspiring story how you started and reached to where you are today.

Upon my return to Mauritius, I joined one of the most famous retail outlets of the island. This is where it all started. I developed a strong interest in supply chain and was eager to learn all the technicalities of this field.

My constant willingness to progress and  to develop my professional skills motivated me to join an international pharmaceutical organisation. I spent five years within this organisation where I was able to work in various positions within the supply chain department. I had the opportunity of gaining significant knowledge in forecasting, sales and operations planning, warehousing, procurement and logistics with affiliates around the world. In parallel, I enhanced my expertise in supply chain by following the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) course.

In September 2017, I joined Natec Medical Ltd and since then I have been enjoying the constant challenges and helping the organisation to grow and move forward.

3) What motivates you in your everyday life?

Knowing that my daily contribution at Natec helps to save people’s lives.

4) Who is your mentor / source of inspiration?

My grandma. She made me understand the importance of enjoying life and making the most of it and inspired me in becoming a high achiever.

5) What are your Hobbies?

Cycling, football and watching comedy shows.

6) What’s your motto / most inspirational quote?

“If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” – Martin Luther King Jr

7) When it’s all over, how do you want to be remembered? (What impact do you wish to have at Natec also towards your personal aspirations)

I want to be remembered as someone who led and supported the team in an honest and professional manner, to achieve Natec’s goal in becoming one of the largest and most profitable international company in the medical devices sector.

8) “In one word, describe yourself.”
